Our Fremantle (QV) venue is a busy, community-focused space where people come to recharge and reconnect. We’re looking for two confident, upbeat Part-Time Front of House Team Members to join the team.

About the Roles

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the welcoming face of Alchemy and play an important role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment our guests arrive.

It’s important to know that this is a hands-on role with a genuine balance between customer interaction and venue upkeep. Alongside welcoming guests, managing bookings and answering enquiries, you’ll be actively cleaning and resetting saunas, maintaining shared spaces and ensuring the entire venue is consistently presented to a high standard.

We’re currently recruiting for two part-time contracted positions:

- Position 1 | 30–38 hours per week A mix of opening shifts, closing shifts and weekends. You’ll need good flexibility across the week and be comfortable working across different shift times.

- Position 2 | 20–30 hours per week Primarily weekday closing shifts from 2:30pm–11:00pm, with weekend availability also required.

Both positions offer regular, ongoing hours within a supportive and cooperative team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Welcoming and checking in guests with warmth and confidence
- Creating genuine connections and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Answering enquiries,



managing bookings and supporting smooth guest flow
- Cleaning and resetting saunas between guests
- Maintaining bathrooms, shared spaces and Front of House areas throughout your shift
- Completing opening, closing and regular venue cleaning tasks
- Keeping the venue clean, organised, stocked and inviting at all times
- Working closely with your team to keep the venue running smoothly
- Ensuring every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived

About You

- Friendly, confident and genuinely people-focused
- Happy to be hands-on and understands that cleaning and venue presentation are a significant part of the role
- Experience in hospitality, customer service or wellbeing environments is preferred
- Organised, reliable and proactive in a busy environment
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative when something needs to be done
- Tech-friendly and confident using booking and payment systems
- A team player who thrives on connection, community and great energy
- Able to commit to the availability requirements of one of the positions above
