Casual Forklift Operators & Pick Packers

Casual shifts, weekly pay and flexible hours. We're looking for reliable Forklift Operators and Pick Packers for a busy warehouse in Melbourne's North-West. Mornings and afternoon shifts.

The Role
You'll be working across our Westmeadows site, with shifts running mornings and afternoons:

- Forklift Operators — moving, loading and staging stock safely and efficiently
- Pick Packers — picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch (package weights range from 1-10kg)

Shifts are casual and flexible, running 4-8 hours depending on the day, with both morning and afternoon starts available.
Pay Rates

- Forklift Operators — $36.00 per hour (higher rate for afternoon shifts)
- Pick Packers — $33.85 per hour (higher rate for afternoon shifts)

What We're Looking For





- Current LF forklift licence (Forklift Operator roles)
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Comfortable with regular lifting, standing and repetitive movement
- Adaptable availability across mornings and afternoons
- Own transport is a big plus
- Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience helpful but not essential
