We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a very well run and well-established early learning service.

About the Role
As Centre Manager, you will take responsibility for the overall daily operation and leadership of the service, ensuring the centre runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of care, education, compliance and family engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the daily operations and smooth running of the service
Leading, managing and supporting a large team of educators
Creating and maintaining a positive, respectful and supportive workplace culture
Managing staff performance, rosters, staffing requirements and attendance
Mentoring and developing educators and supporting their professional growth
Managing enrolments, tours, waitlists and family enquiries
Building strong relationships with children, families and educators
Supporting occupancy and enrolment growth
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and centre policies
Working closely with the Educational Leader to support quality educational outcomes
Managing parent and staff concerns professionally and effectively
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction of new educators
Overseeing administration and operational requirements
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing positive change
Working closely with the owners and leadership team to achieve service goals

About You
We are looking for a leader who is:
Experienced in a leadership role within an Early Childhood setting
Confident managing a team
A strong people leader who knows how to motivate, support and develop educators
Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
Warm, approachable and confident when communicating with families and staff
Able to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education
Confident with compliance, staffing, enrolments and daily operations
Diploma trained or Early Childhood Teacher ECT
