Job Description

The Department of Justice and Community Safety, Victoria is seeking an Aboriginal Advanced Case Manager, based in Reservoir. This ongoing, full time role focuses on managing a caseload of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal clients with complex needs, delivering evidence-based case management and supporting outcomes.

You will work within a culturally informed framework, build relationships with Aboriginal organisations, assess risk, and contribute to community safety.
