Job Description

Mercy Health is seeking a Credit Officer to ensure overdue accounts, reconciliations and refunds are processed efficiently. You will bring solid written and verbal communication, a customer-service focus and keen attention to detail, reporting to the Revenue & Collections Manager in a hybrid Richmond setting.

You will manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, follow up invoices, determine payment arrangements and liaise with stakeholders.
