About the Role

n

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive team providing services to children and adults with disabilities.

n

This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to develop their clinical skills while helping clients improve their independence, participation and overall quality of life.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Conduct functional and occupational therapy assessments.
n
- Develop individualised intervention and therapy plans.
n
- Support clients with daily living skills and independence.
n
- Assist clients to improve community and social participation.
n
- Recommend appropriate strategies, equipment and environmental modifications.
n
- Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary professionals.
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
n




- Support clients in achieving their individual goals.
n

About You

n

n
- A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
n
- Current or eligibility for registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
n
- A genuine interest in working within disability and community services.
n
- Ability and willingness to work with both children and adults.
n
- Robust communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
n
- A client-centred and collaborative approach.
n
- Ability to meet relevant screening requirements for working with children and people with disabilities.
n

Previous disability or NDIS experience is desirable but not required for new graduates.
