ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment & Workforce Coordinator to take ownership of recruitment, onboarding, workforce compliance, and workforce support activities across the business.
This is a senior coordination role suited to an experienced recruitment professional who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes in a high-volume environment.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of nursing and support staff, helping to ensure Noble Nurse maintains a skilled, compliant, and reliable workforce capable of delivering exceptional care to our clients.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Administration team, you will contribute to workforce growth, workforce planning, recruitment strategy, process improvement, and employee lifecycle activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment of nursing and support staff across multiple service streams
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, complete reference checks, and manage candidate selection processes
- Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, compliance requirements, and employment documentation
- Maintain accurate workforce records and ensure compliance with client, legislative, and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities
- Support workforce planning initiatives and recruitment reporting
- Monitor recruitment activity, metrics, and workforce trends
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment, onboarding, and workforce processes
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including performance documentation and workforce administration
- Provide workforce and administrative support during peak operational periods as required
ABOUT YOU You are an experienced recruiter or workforce professional who understands how to identify quality candidates, build relationships, manage recruitment pipelines, and maintain high standards of workforce compliance.
You are organised, proactive, and comfortable operating independently. You enjoy taking ownership of your work, can confidently manage competing priorities, and are motivated by delivering outcomes rather than simply completing tasks.
Most importantly, you genuinely care about connecting great people with meaningful work and understand the important role a strong workforce plays in delivering quality care.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce coordination, HR, or a similar role
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business, Health Administration, or a related discipline and/or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems
HIGHLY DESIRABLE
- Recruitment experience within healthcare, aged care, disability services, community care, nursing, allied health, or support services
- Experience recruiting within high-volume or fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of workforce compliance, credentialing, and healthcare staffing requirements
- Experience supporting workforce planning and recruitment reporting
- Previous experience within a healthcare staffing, labour hire, or agency recruitment environment
