As part of the Easec team, you'll have the opportunity to work across:

Based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or Townsville you'll work with a diverse range of clients including veterans, employees, employers and individuals navigating complex health, vocational and life transitions Depending on your experience and interests, your work may include:

- Delivering workplace mental health and wellbeing services
- Providing early intervention and adjustment counselling support
- Conducting vocational and rehabilitation assessments
- Supporting return-to-work planning and implementation
- Facilitating engagement in meaningful life, community and psychosocial activities
- Becoming part of our innovative neurodiversity support team
- Completing veteran rehabilitation assessments and rehabilitation planning
- Delivering wellness coaching and workplace consultancy services
- Collaborating with employers, medical practitioners, insurers and support networks
- Providing education, guidance and practical strategies that improve recovery and wellbeing outcomes

This role offers the choice of permanent full-time or part-time, with flexible hybrid working options based in either Brisbane, Gold Coast or Townsville

About You

We're interested in experienced professionals who are passionate about helping people build meaningful, independent and productive lives

You will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy / Rehabilitation Counselling / Psychology / Exercise Physiology / Physiotherapy / Social Worker
- Current registration with AHPRA or your relevant professional body
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation, vocational counselling, workplace health or a related field
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to obtain a National Police Check
