Our client is a highly successful Financial Services company with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and tailored advice to clients. With a National presence, they are seeking to appoint a Senior Risk Adviser or Financial Adviser to provide comprehensive insurance advice to new and existing clients for personal and business use.

As Risk Adviser, you will manage a high-quality client portfolio ensuring existing insurance premiums are current whilst meeting with new clients to provide tailored advice. The client base is diverse and includes individuals with personal insurance as well as SME clients requiring business protection.

With an extensive APL along with administrative and paraplanning support, this opportunity allows you to focus on client relationships, retention and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Manage an existing client portfolio ensuring client retention and portfolio growth.
- Complete ongoing client reviews as per clients' requirements.
- Provide comprehensive insurance advice across Life, TPD, Trauma.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including BDM's/Product Providers and Underwriters to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the client.




- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through ongoing professional development and compliance with continuing education requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Risk Adviser or Financial Adviser who is passionate about risk advice and ensuring the client has the appropriate cover. In addition, you will have:
- Experience as a Financial Planner or Risk Adviser able to be registered as an AR.
- Completion of a relevant Tertiary qualification ideally.
- Strong technical knowledge across Risk Insurance
- Ability to manage and grow an existing client portfolio.
- Excellent communication with demonstrated experience in managing personal and qualified relationships with clients.
- Able to deliver desired outcomes.
- Experience working with multiple insurance providers and Underwriters.

Remuneration is competitive and dependent upon experience plus bonus. The work environment offers flexibility and autonomy with hybrid work arrangement available.
