Your new company An exciting chance is available for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a large-scale remediation initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in identifying, analysing and remediating sensitive legacy data held within third-party platforms and systems, working across business and technology teams to drive outcomes.

Your new role

As the Senior Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leading requirements discovery, stakeholder engagement and remediation activities related to legacy sensitive data. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to define remediation priorities, assess data risks and implement effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Documenting, analysing and validating business and technical requirements.
- Reviewing and analysing legacy data sources to identify data remediation requirements.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
- Collaborating with internal technology teams and third-party vendors to develop remediation approaches.
- Producing detailed process maps, business analysis artefacts and supporting documentation.
- Tracking remediation activities and providing reporting on progress, risks and outcomes.
- Ensuring solutions align with governance, compliance and organisational standards.





What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills.
- Experience working on data remediation, compliance, risk or regulatory initiatives.
- Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Experience facilitating workshops and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with business intelligence, reporting or analytical tools.
- Understanding of change management principles and organisational transformation initiatives.

Desirable Experience

- Experience working within higher education, government or similarly complex organisations.
- Exposure to vendor-managed platforms and enterprise data governance initiatives.
- Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline
