? Senior Practitioner - Therapeutic Family Violence

Are you an experienced practitioner looking to step into a senior therapeutic role supporting people recovering from family violence? This role provides therapeutic services to children, young people and adults who have experienced family violence.

You'll provide supervision and mentoring to practitioners, support waitlist management and maintain a small caseload, while helping to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed therapeutic practice.

⏰ Full time | 0.8 EFT considered

? 12-month contract | Potential to become ongoing

? 2 days WFH per week, excluding Tuesday

? $120,439 + super + salary packaging

About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

- ? Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, counselling or a related discipline
- ? Strong experience providing therapeutic or counselling interventions
- ? Experience working with people impacted by family violence and trauma
- ? Previous experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring or practice guidance
- ? Confidence managing complex presentations, referrals and waitlists
- ? Strong understanding of trauma-informed and family violence-informed practice
- ? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- ⭐ The confidence to balance a senior practice role while maintaining a small caseload
