As an authorised Daimler Trucks dealership, we work across Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso vehicles — along with defence vehicles, tankers and specialised equipment. No two days are the same.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of workshop operations.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing customer enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email
- Booking and coordinating workshop jobs
- Preparing repair orders and job documentation
- Liaising with technicians and parts departments
- Processing invoices and quotations
- Providing customers with updates on repairs and job progress




- Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- High attention to detail
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Sound computer skills including Outlook and Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Highly Regarded

- Previous Service Advisor or administration experience
- Experience with Equip or dealership management systems
- Automotive, transport or workshop industry exposure
