We are now seeking the right candidate, with a strong focus on customer service, to join our successful Service team in the role of Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer.

Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties will include:

- Acting as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
- Writing and invoicing customer paperwork in a timely manner
- Following up and liaising with customers about their car servicing requirements
- Updating customers on their service or repair work throughout the day
- Booking customers into our computer system for servicing and repair work
- Follow our internal processes and procedures

The successful applicant must have:

- Excellent communication skills oral and written
- Be punctual with a strong work ethic
- Be customer focused




- Able to meet timelines and work in a busy setting
- Be able to start at 7.30 am Monday to Friday
- Previous experience, while not necessary will be viewed favourably
- Effective time management, with the ability to multi-task
