Pickering Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle servicing and repair requirements while coordinating with the workshop team to ensure a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Book and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs
- Prepare service orders and job documentation
- Communicate vehicle requirements clearly to customers
- Liaise with technicians and workshop staff regarding job progress
- Provide customers with updates throughout the service process
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance requirements
- Provide estimates and discuss costs where required
- Coordinate vehicle collection and delivery
- Maintain accurate customer and service records
- Follow up with customers regarding completed work
- Deliver a professional and high level of customer service
About You
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor is preferred
- Automotive industry experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Confident communicating technical information to customers
- Ability to manage multiple customers and jobs
- Professional presentation and manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and motivated
- Current Australian driver's licence
