About the role

As CSK expands, we are seeking a service coordinator to join our growing service team. As the Service Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the maintenance, service, and repair of specialised medical-grade refrigeration equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Scheduling our refrigeration mechanics for service and repairs work
- Reviewing reports and forwarding them to our customers in a timely manner
- Preparing quotations for service and repair work
- Invoicing
- Develop and maintain robust working relationships with external stakeholders and clients
- Take ownership of responsibilities and actively contribute to achieving business performance goals, meeting delivery timeframes, and ensuring customer satisfaction

About you

- Strong customer service skills, with excellent written and verbal communication




- Proven experience in a customer service and/or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and electronic job management systems like simPRO or similar
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- A friendly customer focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
