About The Role
- Providing first-level support for technology incidents, service requests, and enquiries.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
- Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Managing user accounts, password resets, access requests, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
- Logging, prioritising, and resolving tickets in line with service levels.
- Escalating complex issues to specialist teams with clear documentation.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support documentation and knowledge articles.
- Assisting with meeting room technology and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
About You You're an aspiring IT qualified with a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow your technical expertise. You'll Bring
- A qualification in Information Technology or relevant industry certifications.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Understanding of hardware, mobile devices, peripherals, and basic networking concepts,
including Wi-Fi and VPNs.
- Experience with service desk or ticketing systems (desirable).
- The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly way.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
