After a successful opening, our Burpengary dealership is continuing to grow, and we're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Department into its next phase of success. This is an exciting chance to join one of the newest dealerships in our national network and play a key role in shaping its future. You'll lead a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong customer relationships and creating a positive, high-performing culture as the dealership continues to establish itself in the region.

Working closely with dealership leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence operational performance, develop people, strengthen customer partnerships and help drive the long-term success of the branch.

What you'll be doing

- Lead all day-to-day Service Department operations.
- Drive a customer-first culture focused on service excellence.
- Coach, develop and support Service Advisors, Workshop Supervisors and technicians.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency and financial performance targets.




- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Work closely with Parts, Sales and dealership leadership teams.
- Champion safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help position Burpengary as the dealership of choice for truck and commercial vehicle customers across the region.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team culture.

What we're looking for

- Previous leadership experience within a dealership service department.
- Strong understanding of service operations,workshop performance and customer service.
- A proven track record of developing teams and delivering business results.
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style.
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to balance customer, operational and financial outcomes.
- Commitment to safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Experience within commercial vehicles, automotive, truck, agricultural or heavy equipment industries will be highly regarded.
