Barbagallo Jaguar Land Rover is seeking for an experienced Service Receptionist to join our very busy Jaguar Land Rover Service Department in Osborne Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into the luxury automotive space and work with a friendly and supportive team.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and professional manner
- Coordinating the service reminder process
- Managing service bookings and ensuring customers schedule their vehicle servicing
- Providing administrative support to the Service Department
- Offering customer refreshments and ensuring customer facilities are stocked and maintained
- Working collaboratively within a busy team setting

About You





To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or reception role, with automotive experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- A professional and welcoming attitude
- The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A valid WA driver’s licence
- Permenant Australian working rights
