We’re looking for a series of driven Front of House Staff Members to join our team at our flagship store in Carlton to help bring our Italian cafe to life, one happy customer at a time. If you're an early riser or a night owl with a passion for fast-paced authentic Italian hospitality, we want to hear from you! Naturally, excellent customer service skills are essential, as too are strong team building and communication skills and a willingness to teach, learn and be a hands-on part of the team.

Working in a 7-days-a-week operation, the successful candidate must be flexible, willing to work early mornings, late nights, weekdays and weekends!
