McKinnon Heating & Cooling is a proud 53-year-old Heating & Air Conditioning business, specializing in the sales & installation of Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, Gas Ducted Heating, Hydronic Heating, Servicing & repairs. Being one of the largest Daikin & Brivis Dealers in the Southeast Melbourne region, we pride ourselves on supplying & servicing thousands of homes with quality products and of our strong relationships formed over the past 53 years of operation.

WHAT WE’RE AFTER

- You will provide a high level of service in and around the Southeast Melbourne area.
- You will be working on a mix of Refrigerated HVAC systems and Air-Conditioning services, generally for homeowners with breakdowns or general servicing with the occasion light commercial property to attend too as well.
- You will have all relevant trade qualifications and licenses to perform your duties, including an active driver’s licence.
- Be able & willing to promote changeover opportunities when the repair costs aren’t cost effective for the client.

- You are reliable & dependable always on time.

- You are well presented in appearance. We will provide a uniform.
- You have strong technical air conditioning aptitude. Experience in VRV is preferred.
- You are self-driven & motivated in your role.
- You provide remarkable customer service,

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Performing Air Conditioning (Splits & Reverse Cycle Ducted), Evap Coolers general servicing, breakdowns & repairs.
- Quoting on the spot repairs & replacements.
- Working with & supporting clients and co-workers where required.
- Providing detailed maintenance and service reports with exceptional attention to detail, using our Tradify quoting system.
- A commitment to safety and compliance at all times.
- Building relationships with clients & the McKinnon Heating & Cooling team.
- Leading by example to get the job done and keeping the customer happy.
