The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Service Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain mobility equipment—playing a direct part in helping our clients regain their independence. Working hours: Monday 8:30am-5pm/Tue to Fri 9am-5pm – 38hrs/week

What will you do each day?

- Building, servicing and repairing mobility products
- Delivering, Installing and setting up products in customers’ homes
- Technical and mechanical product repairing (training provided!)
- Assisting our customers face-to-face, over the phone or via email, with their product servicing needs
- General warehouse duties such as stock take, receiving and checking deliveries
- Organizing stock using our forklift
- Occasional overnight travel might be required
- Country trips for services and deliveries might be required
- Other duties as required

What we’re looking for

- Technical qualification required with general mechanical aptitude and/or electronics knowledge (technical training will be provided on the job)




- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive “can-do” attitude
- A self-motivated problem-solver!
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willing to undergo NDIS screen check, WWCC and police clearance on company cost.
- Willingness to receive annual flu vaccination and other vaccinations as required by the NDIS
- A background working with the elderly, warehousing or delivery drivers would be advantageous but not essential
