Our Technical

Consultants aren't just developers, they're trusted technical advisors, delivery leaders and capability builders for our clients and our own teams. We're looking for a Senior Technical Consultant, a stream technical lead who owns complex solution design and build, leads one or more delivery streams, mentors others and supports pre-sales.

What you'll do

- Own complex solution design and build across modules, producing design artifacts and shaping integration patterns aligned to architectural standards
- Lead one or more delivery streams, managing complexity across multiple initiatives and coordinating technical delivery across our Australian and New Zealand teams
- Lead design workshops and deliver thought leadership and training to client teams, presenting structured options with clear pros, cons and risks
- Own complex design artifacts and client-facing deliverables, ensuring traceability across requirements, design and test, and reviewing others' documentation
- Lead technical scoping and solution shaping for proposals, building demo environments and presenting capability to prospective clients - Take formal mentoring responsibility, reviewing others' work and shaping team quality habits




- Build scripted REST APIs and event-driven integrations, apply CSDM framework knowledge, and lead deployment and release management including cutover for major releases

What you'll bring

- 4 to 7 years of ServiceNow delivery experience
- Confident across JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP, HTML and CSS, and tools like Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes and ATF
- Experience with Git, Agile delivery boards and CI/CD concepts
- Proven experience owning complex solution design and leading delivery streams end to end
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Must Have

- NV1 security clearance: for government clients,
- Experience across Australian Federal Government clients
- ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications, plus CIS certifications in ITSM and SPM (or equivalent), with more in progress
