About the Role

Analyse customer feedback collected through CSAT surveys, complaints, Google Reviews, Product Review, Trustpilot, Genesys, digital feedback tools and other Voice of Customer channels to identify trends, themes and insights that support customer experience improvement opportunities. Utilise AI-assisted analytics tools to evaluate large volumes of structured and unstructured customer feedback, identifying recurring themes, sentiment, emerging risks, customer pain points and opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance. Support the development of customer insight reports, dashboards and performance summaries by analysing customer feedback data, monitoring trends and contributing to the communication of key findings to stakeholders across the organisation.

Assist in identifying the underlying causes of customer dissatisfaction, complaints and advocacy by analysing customer feedback, operational data and experience trends to support customer-centric decision making. Monitor customer experience metrics and Voice of Customer performance measures, identifying significant changes, emerging trends and potential risks to support proactive management of customer outcomes and experience improvement activities. Strong excel, analytical and critical thinking skills required as is the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for the 2027 SG Fleet Internship Program, you must:

- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Current Zealand citizen with full working rights

- Be in your final year of undergraduate study in 2027

- Be available to participate in the internship program based at SG Fleet’s Sydney Head Office in Pymble, NSW (with a move to North Sydney in April 2027)

What’s Next

This internship is open to final-year university students. You’ll be based at SG Fleet’s Head office with easy access via train and our complimentary shuttle bus.
