Toowoomba Toyota is on the lookout for an exceptional Showroom Host. This position is the essential first point of contact for customers and visitors to the dealership. We are looking for a people person, who is warm, bright and welcoming but, able to maintain a calm and composed demeanour when under pressure. This is a full-time position that requires work on Saturday's from 9am - 1pm, with two (2) Rostered Days Off per month.

What you'll be doing The Showroom Host carries out a range of duties related to the handling and capture of all new Toyota sales enquiries, including but not limited to:

- Meeting and greeting showroom customers
- Providing first class customer experience
- Previewing vehicles virtually and in the showroom
- Introducing customers to sales team members in a professional manner
- Capturing and recording customer details
- Recording customer buying requirements and purchase expectations
- Providing administration support to the sales team
- Promoting Toowoomba Toyota and the Toyota Brand
- Follow Toowoomba Toyota’s Road to Sale Process to assist with the sale of a new vehicle whilst meeting the customers needs and the dealership goals
- Providing administration support
- General clerical duties
- Maintain a secure work environment, adhere to WH&S; guidelines
- Assist in keeping all work areas clean and up to date.
- Complete regular product training via Toyota Training Pathway using eLearning, face-to-face, onsite and remote learning methods

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience

- Reception or office experience (experience within a dealership is highly regarded)
- Previous sales experience in a retail environment
- Customer Service focused with friendly, professional manner




- Excellent interpersonal skills with clear and professional verbal communications
- Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs and processes
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Ability to work productively as part of a team and unsupervised
- Commitment to Toyota’s goals and operational standards.
- Current valid Queensland Manual drivers licence

The successful applicant will be given a detailed induction program and ongoing training will be provided.
