About the Venue
Set within one of the Central Coast's most picturesque pockets, this picturesque venue has been designed as a true destination for exceptional food, wine and genuine hospitality.

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Sourdough Baker to take ownership of the venue's bread production.
Working independently, you'll manage the entire sourdough process — from maintaining starters and fermentation through to shaping, proving and baking.
This is a role for someone who understands their craft, can read dough rather than simply follow a recipe, and takes genuine pride in producing exceptional bread consistently.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own production while working alongside an accomplished culinary team committed to exceptional standards.

About You
You'll be confident with:

- Sourdough production and starter management
- Fermentation, hydration and temperature control




- Shaping, proving and baking
- Managing your own production schedule
- Working independently to consistently high standards
- Maintaining exceptional organisation, cleanliness and food safety

Above all, you're passionate about sourdough and take genuine pride in your craft.
