Axil Coffee Roasters is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand performance, identify market opportunities and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies, policies and programs aligned with business objectives and commercial growth.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, competitor activity and category developments to identify market opportunities.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services, including product positioning, target markets, pricing, key messaging and distribution channels.
- Develop marketing plans covering campaign activities, timelines, marketing channels and budgets.
- Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across advertising, public relations, social media, content and digital channels.
- Analyse sales, customer, market share and campaign performance data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and provide market and marketing insights to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, product development and operations, as well as external agencies, vendors and other partners.
- Develop and coordinate social media and digital marketing content to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.




- Monitor marketing initiatives and recommend adjustments to strategies, campaigns, product positioning and promotional activities based on market performance.
- Support product development by analysing consumer needs, market research findings and competitive intelligence.
- Assist with marketing budgets and ensure activities are effectively planned and implemented within allocated resources.

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, market research, brand strategy or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in market research, consumer insights and competitor analysis.
- Robust understanding of product positioning, go-to-market strategy, pricing and channel management.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, consumer, sales and campaign performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities within deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media and marketing performance reporting will be highly regarded.
