HIGH REACH FORKLIFT OPERATORS | DAY SHIFT
Kemps Creek, NSW | Mon–Fri, 6:00AM–2:00PM

We're recruiting an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator for a leading warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek — a quick-paced site that runs to a high standard and expects the same from the people on the floor. If you know your way around a high reach and take the job seriously, this is a long-term day shift role worth applying for.

The Role

- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Put-away, replenishment and stock movement
- Loading and unloading trucks
- RF scanning and inventory control
- Voice picking and order preparation
- Pallet wrapping and staging freight
- General warehouse duties as required
- Keeping your work area clean,



safe and organised
- Following all workplace safety policies and procedures

What You Need
✔ Current LF Forklift Licence
✔ Minimum 2 years' High Reach experience — non-negotiable
✔ Warehouse or distribution centre background
✔ Sharp attention to detail and a genuine safety mindset
✔ RF scanning experience (highly regarded)
✔ Reliable transport and a strong attendance record
✔ Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment
✔ Physically fit, manual handling ready
✔ Your own PPE (steel cap boots and hi-vis)
✔ Full Australian working rights

Also Required

- Ability to pass a National Police Check
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties when required
