If you’ve got 1–2 years of Building Management experience and are looking for an opportunity where you can learn from an experienced Senior Building Manager, this could be a outstanding next move.
We’re looking for an Assistant Building Manager to join a residential building in Liverpool and play an important role in keeping the building running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing You’ll work closely with the Senior Building Manager and get hands-on exposure to:

Day-to-day building operations
Coordinating contractors and trades
Managing maintenance and building issues
Conducting inspections and following up outstanding works
Liaising with residents, owners and key stakeholders
Supporting building presentation and general site standards
Helping resolve resident and operational issues
Assisting with building administration and reporting

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to have years of Building Management experience. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, communication skills and desire to develop.
You’ll ideally have:

1–2 years’ Building Management experience
Or experience in property, facilities, construction or maintenance




Excellent communication and customer service skills
A professional and approachable personality
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A proactive, practical approach to problem solving
The ability to build good relationships with residents, contractors and stakeholders
A genuine desire to build a long-term career in Building Management
