B.P. Margetts Pty Ltd T/A Boutique Bread, based in Cavan, SA, has a unique opportunity for a skilled, Qualified, and experienced baker to join their team.

As a baker with boutique bread, you will be baking traditional and quality bread made from scratch using 100% Aussie Wheat and delivering products that our customers have grown to love.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality bread and Grill products. Adept at recording all daily production information Calculate and weigh ingredients for all dough types of Mix, scale and mold all bakery products.

• Proficient in the use of the oven.

• Operate bakery equipment and machinery in a safe manner.

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and personal presentation by Bakeries’ guidelines.

• Manage spoilage, turnover, and inventory of stocks including raw ingredients and goods as per company guidelines as instructed by the Store Manager.

• Supervise train and mentor Baking Apprentices.

• Comply with daily, weekly,



and monthly cleaning schedules and routines Complete baking duties in a timely manner with minimal supervision Strictly observe all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.

• Always provide a high standard of service to customers Maintain a clean and tidy appearance including uniforms Maintain a valuable working relationship with fellow team members Must works well as part of a team.

• Must have excellent time management skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

• AQF Certificate III with at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV.

OR

• At least three years of relevant experience to substitute the asking formal qualifications.

• At least three years of experience as baker.

Salary - $80,000.00per year plus super
