The Successful Applicant

A successful Logistics and Distribution Group Leader should have:





- Experience in logistics and supply chain management within the FMCG or food production industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in logistics software and data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
