Job Description

Qantas is seeking a Manager Workforce Planning & Expense at the Mascot Campus to lead strategic and operational delivery of workforce planning and expense management across Customer Care & Recovery. You will oversee Global Contact Centres, partner with Finance, Operations, Technology and suppliers, and drive cost control and service levels across multiple channels.
