Job Description

Alfred Health's Better At Home Occupational Therapy service at Caulfield Hospital is seeking a Grade 2 Occupational Therapist on a fixed-term contract until 9 July 2027. Join a large, supportive multidisciplinary team delivering inpatient and home-based rehabilitation.

You will manage a mixed caseload including general medicine, neurological, geriatric and orthopaedic patients, providing assessment, intervention and discharge planning to optimise safety and independence at home.
