About the role

As a Site Coordinator at Evolution Precast you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects in Sydney Metro area. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to apply their supervisory skills and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinate and oversee the work of construction teams and subcontractors to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to effectively communicate progress, address challenges, and implement solutions
- Monitor and report on project performance, including labour, materials, and equipment usage
- Identify and resolve operational issues on site in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development

What we're looking for

- Experience (3+ years) in a similar supervisory or foreperson role within the construction industry
- Solid understanding of construction processes (Precast experience preferable, however not essential), methods, and materials, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications




- Proven track record of effectively managing and coordinating construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a wide range of stakeholders
- Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and implement solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and technologies
- Experience with multiple construction management platforms and technical software systems an advantage
- Australian Permanent Residency or Australian citizenship required
