The Chance

As a Site Manager at Hindmarsh you will be working closely with the Project Manager, and oversee site operations, drive safety and quality outcomes, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to programme.

Other duties include

- Site organisation and staffing procedures
- Safety, environment, time and quality control
- Management of site team and sub-contractors
- Supervision of industrial relations and safety matters
- Liaison with Contracts Administrators




- Procurement strategy and contribution to sub-contractor engagement processes
- Site team leadership – internal staff and subcontractors and suppliers

About You If you have a strong construction background, proven leadership skills, and a track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects in retirement, education sectors then you will be a good fit for this position.

You will have

- 5 + years’ experience in site supervision roles within commercial construction.
- Experience working for a head contractor on commercial projects $30M+
- Well-developed leadership and communications skills
- Senior First Aid
