Your new role

As Site Manager, you will initially take responsibility for the delivery of a $3.5M commercial facility in the Caboolture area. Following this project, you will then take the lead role on a ~$40M medium-rise residential development in Redcliffe comprising approximately 70 apartments.

This position would suit either an experienced Site Manager or a capable Structures Foreman ready to take the next step into Site Management.

Working closely with an experienced senior construction leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing the day-to-day operation of the construction site
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades
- Driving the construction programme and maintaining project timeframes
- Ensuring works are completed in accordance with specifications
- Monitoring quality, safety and site compliance
- Managing contractor documentation through Procore.

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction or a Structures Foreman role with Medium Unit developments and keen to make the step up.

You will ideally possess





- Experience delivering apartment or medium-rise residential projects
- The ability to manage a site independently and take ownership of project delivery
- Strong subcontractor, programme and quality management capabilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with Procore or a similar construction management platform well regarded but not essential.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to site challenges

A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence would be advantageous but is not essential, as the business is willing to support the successful candidate in working towards obtaining this if needed. What you'll get in return
