Ready to step into a hands-on leadership role in aquaculture? We’re looking for a Site Manager to lead the crew in our Western Zone and keep farming operations running safely, smoothly and productively working a Monday to Friday roster.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and driving safety leadership and minimising risk
- Leading and supporting the site crew.
- Managing daily marine farming operations.
- Planning and management of stock including management of biomass and infrastructure
- Managing costs, stock and compliance.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be someone who leads from the front, communicates clearly and knows how to get the best out of a crew. You’ll be confident working with people across operations, support teams and the local community.
We’re Looking For Someone With
- Excellent visible safety leadership
- Solid marine operations experience.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Clear communication, written and verbal.
- Confidence using systems and reports.
- Good judgement around costs and priorities.
