Role Description This full-time Site Manager role is based on-site in Brisbane, QLD.

The Site

Manager oversees day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating trades and subcontractors, monitoring progress, managing site documentation, and supporting compliance with safety and building regulations. The role also involves communicating regularly with project stakeholders, resolving issues as they arise, and maintaining a well-organized, efficient work environment on site.

Qualifications





- Experience supervising construction or trade teams on active worksites, with strong coordination and leadership skills.
- QBCC site supervisor licence is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage site schedules, resources, and workflows to support timely project delivery.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with builders, trades, subcontractors, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and quality outcomes.
- Previous experience in construction, building, or trades environments; trade qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with site reporting tools, project documentation, and digital communication platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in office in varying conditions; right to work in Australia.
