Your new company

Our client is a well-established civil and construction contractor with a solid presence across Central Queensland. With decades of experience delivering civil earthworks, concrete remediation, structural concrete and infrastructure projects, they have built a reputation for safety, quality workmanship and long-term client partnerships. Due to continued project growth across Tier 1 mining operations, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

Your new role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of project delivery from mobilisation through to completion.

- Supervising civil earthworks, drainage and concrete remediation projects
- Leading site crews and subcontractors to achieve production targets
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and site requirements
- Coordinating labour, plant, materials and daily site activities
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining project schedules
- Liaising with project engineers, stakeholders and client representatives
- Driving strong site leadership and fostering a positive safety culture
- Managing project delivery from mobilisation through to handover

What you'll need to succeed





- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand position
- Strong background in mining, civil earthworks and/or concrete projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors
- Ability to make sound decisions and perform under pressure
- S1, S2, S3 and G2 certifications
- White Card and Manual Driver's Licence
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 are highly regarded
- Relevant trade qualification highly regarded
