About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our team, based on the Central Coast and covering local and regional projects.

This role requires extensive travel across regional NSW, with 2–3 nights away from home per week. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all site activities, including site visits, supervising contractors and employees, and ensuring all works meet our high standards of quality, safety and cost control.

The position will see you working closely with the Site Construction Manager, Production Manager, trades and clients to successfully deliver homes and buildings across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate trades, contractors and employees on multiple residential sites
- Undertake minor construction works as required (carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, general building)
- Ensure quality workmanship, cost control and adherence to the National Construction Code (NCC)
- Lead and mentor trades while maintaining robust client relationships
- Manage timelines, resolve issues and maintain WHS, ENV and QA compliance on all sites
- Post delivery maintenance and detail works for our regional accommodation units
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the site phase of the project





What You’ll Bring

- Demonstrated experience in a Site Supervisor or team leader role
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Carpentry, Plastering, Plumbing, Tiling, Building etc.)
- Solid working knowledge of the NCC and residential construction practices
- Experience managing multiple residential sites concurrently
- Hands-on and proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to drive extensively across NSW and stay overnight regularly
- Excellent time management, communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage conflict, influence outcomes and maintain client focus
- Commitment to Workplace Health & Safety standards
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Current NSW driver’s licence and permanent work rights in Australia
- Experience in modular or manufactured home site works (desirable)
