Site Supervisor | Mining Earthworks & Civil Concrete (DIDO)

QCCS is seeking an experienced and driven Site Supervisor to lead earthworks and specialized concrete remediation projects across our Tier-1 mining contracts in the Bowen Basin.

This role runs on a genuine Monday to Friday DIDO roster (5/2)—drive out Monday morning, head home Friday afternoon, and keep your weekends to yourself.

The Role Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site execution from mobilization through to completion:

- Direct daily operations across civil earthworks, drainage, and structural concrete packages.
- Lead site crews and subcontractors to achieve daily safety, quality, and production targets.
- Coordinate plant, logistics, materials, and daily lookahead scheduling.
- Maintain 100% compliance with site-specific WHS, environmental,



and QA requirements.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for project engineers and client representatives.

What We Are Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand capacity within civil or mining environments.
- Strong practical background in bulk earthworks, drainage, and/or concrete scopes.
- Sound leadership skills with the confidence to drive schedules and make key operational calls on the ground.
- Mandatory: S1, S2, S3 & G2 site supervisor competencies.
- Mandatory: Current Manual Driver’s Licence and Construction White Card.
- Highly Regarded: Current Standard 11 (Mining Induction) and valid Coal Board Medical.
- Location: Based in, or willing to relocate to, Mackay or the Central QLD region (DIDO only).
