We are currently seeking reliable, experienced Skilled Labourers and Truck Drivers to join our team working on our construction sites throughout Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

THE ROLE

As a Skilled Labourer, you will be involved in a variety of construction and building site activities, including:

- General and skilled construction labouring
- Assisting trades and builders on site
- Moving and handling building materials
- Site preparation, set-up and clean-up

- Building works

- Refurbishment and renovation projects

- Concrete and structural works
- Loading, unloading and material deliveries
- General site maintenance and housekeeping
- Operating power tools including jackhammers, grinders and other construction equipment
- Following directions from site supervisors and trades. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining a protected, clean and productive work environment
- A current White Card

TRUCK DRIVERS

We are also looking for experienced construction Truck Drivers to assist with material deliveries, site movements and general construction logistics.



The successful drivers will be comfortable working around active construction sites and carrying out deliveries safely and efficiently.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience working on construction sites
- Construction labouring experience
- A current White Card
- Relevant truck licence for the position - Heavy Rigid and or Medium Rigid licence as a preference
- Strong understanding of construction site safety
- Experience using construction tools and equipment

- Good communication skills

- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Professional attitude and commitment to safety
- A willingness to work across different sites and projects
