I'm looking for a talented, hands-on Social Designer who can take a brief, develop the idea and bring it to life.

You'll sit at the intersection of creativity, craft and performance , creating social-first creative across a range of clients and campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social.

What you'll do

- Develop social-first creative across static, motion, digital, brand and TTL.
- Concept campaigns from ideation through to final artwork.
- Create assets for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, display and landing pages .
- Produce short-form video using After Effects, Premiere or CapCut.
- Adapt creative across formats, audiences and placements.
- Use performance data to inform creative decisions and iterations.
- Collaborate with creative, media and strategy teams.
- Bring ideas proactively and identify opportunities to use AI effectively.

What you'll need

- 4-7 years' experience in an agency or in-house creative team.
- Integrated campaign experience across social, digital, brand and TTL.
- Strong design fundamentals across layout, typography, colour,



composition and brand systems.
- A strong understanding of paid social and platform-native creative.
- Ability to both concept and execute .
- Confidence with motion and short-form video.
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite and Figma skills.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication.
- A proactive, resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have

- Experience with UGC-style ads, A/B creative testing, regulated categories, final artwork/pre-press and robust copywriting instincts.

Full time role Sydney based hybrid working arrangements - 3 days in office / 2 days from home. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 + Super (depending on experience)

Citizen or PR is required for this role.
