Silver Social Creative is looking for a creative, confident and switched-on Social Media & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

This position can be structured as either a part-time employee or contractor role , depending on the successful applicant and what works best for both parties.

This is the perfect role for someone who lives and breathes social media, has a great eye for content, loves filming and editing, and isn't afraid to bring recent ideas to the table.

You'll work across an exciting mix of clients and industries including beauty, health and wellness, food, lifestyle, commercial real estate, interior design and more - so no two weeks will look exactly the same.

The Role

You'll be required to work from our Keysborough studio one day per week, with the remaining hours able to be completed from home.

Tuesday availability is highly preferred, as Tuesday is our main client content and shooting day. Ideally, you'll be available for a full day on Tuesdays when required.

Some Thursday availability may also be needed for client shoots and content days.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work closely with our team across social media, content creation, client campaigns and brand marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Filming engaging social media content for our clients

• Editing Reels, TikToks and short-form video content
- ideally using CapCut

• Creating eye-catching static social media content using Canva
- Developing creative concepts and bringing fresh content ideas to the team




- Assisting with content creation for Meta advertising campaigns
- Attending and assisting with client content shoots
- Being comfortable appearing on camera when required
- Organising and coordinating brand partnerships and collaborations for clients
- Assisting with influencer outreach and influencer campaign coordination
- Organising product gifting, media kits and mail-outs
- Keeping on top of social media trends and identifying ideas we can adapt for our clients
- Communicating confidently and professionally with clients
- Supporting the wider Silver Social Creative team across marketing projects as required

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is creative but also proactive. We don't want someone who needs to be given every single idea - we want someone who sees an opportunity, comes up with a concept and gets excited about bringing it to life. And of course someone who is highly skilled in both filming, directing & editing content.

You'll ideally be someone who:

- Has experience filming high-quality social media content
- Is a superstar at editing short-form video
- Is confident using CapCut or similar editing software
- Is confident using Canva to create polished social media graphics
- Has a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social trends
- Has a naturally creative eye for what looks good on social media
- Takes initiative and can work independently




- Is organised and comfortable juggling different clients and industries
- Is confident communicating directly with clients
- Is comfortable being on camera, as our team regularly features in client content
- Can confidently attend and participate in client

Shoots

- Is reliable and able to work to deadlines
- Can travel to our Keysborough office/studio

Experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, Meta Ads content or agency work is a bonus, but we're also interested in finding someone with the right creative ability, personality and initiative.

The Interview

We want to see what you can actually create.

If you're selected for an interview, you'll be asked to bring along and present three of your favourite pieces of content that you've personally created.
