$70-$80 per hour + Super + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Paid Overtime

Oleada Solar is growing, and we're looking for an experienced CEC Accredited Solar Electrician who's ready to step into a Leading Hand position and take ownership of their own crew. If you're a quality solar electrician who's sick of rushed installs, corners being cut and working for a company where you're just another number, this could be the opportunity for you.

We're building a solar team known for quality workmanship, outstanding customer service and doing the job properly the first time.

We want someone who takes pride in their work and can lead by example.

This Role Is For You If...

- You're a CEC Accredited Solar Electrician with strong residential experience.
- You're confident running solar and battery installations from start to finish.
- You can lead and mentor apprentices.
- You take pride in clean, compliant workmanship.
- You can make decisions and solve problems on site.
- You care about the customer experience.
- You want more responsibility and an opportunity to grow with the business.

What You'll Be Doing

- Running residential solar and battery installations.
- Leading your crew and apprentices on site.
- Commissioning, testing and fault finding.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Communicating with customers throughout the installation.




- Taking ownership of the finished job.
- Helping us improve our systems and standards as Oleada Solar grows.

What You'll Need

CEC Solar Accreditation is essential.

- Current Queensland Electrical Licence.
- Current CEC Solar Accreditation.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- White Card.
- Strong residential solar experience.
- Battery experience is highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
