Are you an experienced Solar Electrician looking for the opportunity to work on large-scale commercial renewable energy projects while building your career into a leadership role? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Commercial Solar & Battery Electrician to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work across commercial solar PV and battery energy storage projects, while playing a key role in establishing and growing our Queensland operations.

Working directly with senior leadership, you will help deliver high-quality solar and battery projects ranging from 100kW to 600kW, with a genuine pathway to progress into a Queensland Operations Lead position.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, test and commission commercial solar PV systems
- Install and commission Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Conduct maintenance, inspections, fault-finding and repair works
- Lead site activities and supervise apprentices, contractors and installers
- Complete testing, commissioning and compliance documentation
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality assurance and workmanship
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers and stakeholders

About You You are a qualified electrician with strong commercial solar experience and a hands-on approach. You enjoy taking ownership of projects,



mentoring others and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Essential Requirements

- Current Electrical Licence
- SAA Solar Accreditation (battery accreditation highly regarded)
- Working at Heights certification
- White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Experience delivering commercial solar projects
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capabilities
- Ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Highly Regarded

- Commercial rooftop solar experience
- Experience on projects between 100kW and 600kW
- Commercial solar maintenance and rectification experience
- Residential solar and battery installation experience
- Testing, commissioning and QA experience
- EWP and Forklift Licences
