The role
Sonographers wanted! Endotherapeutics is looking for an experienced sonographer ready to transition their clinical expertise into medical technology.
As a Clinical Application Specialist, you will use your clinical background to support clinicians and healthcare teams in adopting advanced ultrasound technology: demonstrating equipment, delivering education and training and providing ongoing support. Rather than performing scans yourself, you will help other healthcare professionals get the most from their technology and deliver better outcomes for their patients.
This is a field-based role.
Flexible working arrangements are available, with full-time, part-time and casual opportunities considered. You can transition into MedTech while continuing to practise clinically.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver clinical and technical ultrasound demonstrations across obstetrics and gynaecology applications to support pre-sales activity
- Provide post-sale training, in-servicing and ongoing applications support to ensure confident and competent system use
- Support system installations, go-lives, upgrades and troubleshooting in clinical settings
- Manage loan and evaluation systems throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders
- Support conferences, trade shows and clinical education events
- Partner with sales and product teams on new product launches and clinical adoption strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide field insights on market and competitor activity
- Deliver tailored clinical education and training to a range of users, from trainees to senior specialists
About you
- You are an experienced sonographer
- You are ready to explore a new direction and use your clinical expertise outside the traditional clinical environment
- You enjoy teaching, explaining technology and supporting other clinicians
- You have an interest in medical technology and how ultrasound technology can improve patient care
- You are looking for flexibility, whether that is a full-time career transition or a few days per week alongside your clinical work
- You enjoy working with people and being out in the field rather than being in the same clinical environment every day
- You are confident communicating with healthcare professionals and building strong clinical relationships
- You are organised, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
Why join Endotherapeutics?
- Work with cutting edge ultrasound technology that directly supports improved women's health outcomes
- Be part of a team-oriented, high-performing and supportive Gynaecology team
- Work closely with leading clinicians, sonographers and KOLs across Australia
- Play a critical role in shaping clinical adoption and user experience nationally
- Build a career in medical technology while continuing to leverage your clinical expertise
- Access career development opportunities within a growing medical technology organisation
- Employee wellbeing program and additional leave benefits, including birthday leave
- Enjoy a dynamic, field-based role where no two days are the same
