About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our commercial kitchen team at our Malaga facility. The successful candidate will work closely with the kitchen and production team to ensure food is prepared efficiently, consistently and to a high standard.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced chef who is comfortable working in a commercial, high-volume kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the daily operation and organisation of the commercial kitchen.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production requirements.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff.
- Maintain consistent food quality and portion control.
- Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and stock rotation.
- Minimise food waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations.




- Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are kept clean and maintained.
- Assist with planning and coordinating daily kitchen production.
- Follow all workplace health, safety and food-handling requirements.

About You

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen position.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Ability to supervise and work effectively with a kitchen team.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A positive attitude and willingness to take a hands-on approach.

What We Offer

- Full-time permanent position.
- Stable daytime working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
- Salary of $75,000 – $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
