About the opportunity

Wests Illawarra is seeking a Sous Chef with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience. The role will involve working across a variety of our food venues including Craft Café, Artisan Restaurant, Port Kembla Golf Club and Wilbur smoker. Your role will involve:

- Assist in motivating, leading, and mentoring our existing team
- Assist us in enhancing our current food offerings through your menu creation skills
- Support cost and inventory control
- Offer us recent insight into food preparation, cooking and presentation whilst maintaining high food standards
