Position Summary

- Welcome all guests and explain the Sheraton facilities available
- Deliver exceptional massage, body, and skincare treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Provide outstanding customer service, engaging with guests to create memorable experiences and exceed expectations.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate skincare, body care, and wellness products for home use.
- Respond to guest enquiries and requests promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Cover reception and administrative duties, including bookings, guest check-in/check-out, and retail sales, with a strong attention to detail.
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and company policies.
