About The Role We're looking for an Early Career Speech Pathologist to join our Port Pirie team, servicing the surrounding area.

We find our caseloads here typically lean heavily paediatric, with a smaller adult component. You'll be part of a small, close-knit team, working alongside OT and Behaviour Support colleagues, with strong virtual connections to the wider Avina network. Open to full-time and part-time.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver person-centred Speech Pathology services across home, school and community settings
- Complete assessments, intervention planning and ongoing therapy
- Support participants across communication and/or mealtime/dysphagia presentations
- Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team
- Manage a diverse caseload across community and clinic
- Take part in regular supervision,

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
- Current Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership, CPSP preferred or in progress
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach to therapy
